I am passionate about providing the latest evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions, education, skills and empowerment through learning to truly value yourself and teaching others to do the same. It is so easy to become stuck wrestling with relational difficulties or even abuse. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing emotional and/or narcissistic dysfunction and abuse, addiction (or living with someone who is addicted), and those who have or are surviving interpersonal and intimate-partner violence of any kind. I utilize the latest evidence based treatments, including EMDR, attachment-focused interventions, Acudetox and principles of nervous system regulation to aid healing the whole person.
As someone who identifies with survivorship, I feel a deep sense of respect and responsibility to the connections I am called to create with each of my clients. It is of the utmost importance to me that you are provided a safe space to be yourself and process what's important to you, knowing that where you are and whatever you are feeling about it will be honored and compassionately held. I firmly believe that a space co-created with curiosity and a firm belief in your value and power will be healing and allow for authentic self exploration and problem solving.
If you're ready to understand yourself and those around you better, to make changes in your relationships that vastly improve your quality of life and reclaim power you thought lost or non-existent, reach out to me today and we will help you find and secure the safety and potential you have been longing for.
I have experience treating individuals with a variety of co-occurring disorders and mental health difficulties in inpatient and outpatient settings from a trauma-informed, attachment-based perspective. I also have experience as a clinical supervisor and would be happy to set up a meeting to discuss providing clinical supervision to individuals seeking licensure or addiction credentialing. My clinical specialties lie in working with relationship dynamics and co-dependency, trauma and chronic PTSD, addictions, loved ones of addicts and difficult life transitions.
